Focus on your goals - Take a look at your to do list for the day and what you want to accomplish . By writing down and looking at your goals you are more likely to achieve the goals than if you don´t write them down.
Say your daily affirmations - it is important to say your affirmations daily. Say them load to yourself loking at the mirrow.
Spread positivity - Spreading positive vibes open the door for more positive energy, it will also bring more positivity to others.
Meditation - meditating is an important part of attracting what do you want. Meditate at least for 5-10 minutes to cleaar your mind and focus your energy on good.
Look at your vision board - looking will help you to remember what you are working toward. Looking at it will help keep you motivated.
Write down your gratitude journal - writing in your gratitude journal helps you bring out these good energy vibes. It helps you to bring those feelings to put put out a good vibrational energy.
